Target Salary: 65,000 per year
Hiring range: 60,000 to 72,000 per year
Exceptional candidate: up to 75,000 per year for a candidate with proven dealership experience with Google Ads, Meta, GA4, OEM compliance/Co-op submission’s and website management.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple dealerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.


Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team with sales and service marketing initiatives across multiple dealership locations.
  • Coordinate with General Managers and Service Managers on the monthly sales and service promotions, special offers, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, paid social, and digital advertising.
  • Update new vehicle specials and promotional offers on dealership websites.
  • Conduct monthly website quality assurance reviews to identify issues.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, branding, OEM compliance, and offer details.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and dealership personnel to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate OEM co-op submissions and ensure manufacturer marketing compliance. 
  • Manage creative asset requests, dealership communications, including internal announcements and point of sale messaging.
  • Assist with reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing performance summaries.
  • Support Event Coordinator on dealership events, launches, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Assist the Marketing Director and Manager with additional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience writing marketing content.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, email marketing, and website content management
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing (GA4, Google Ads, Meta and SEO) performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Comfortable working with creative agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
