You will oversee a small internal marketing team, coordinate closely with our advertising agency, and work directly with dealership leadership across the group to ensure marketing initiatives translate to measurable sales and service growth.
- Lead, manage, and challenge a team of 3+ marketing professionals
- Partner closely with our external ad agency to execute and optimize all campaigns
- Maintain frequent communication with dealership senior managers across all locations
- Develop and deliver a rolling 30-day marketing calendar for all group initiatives
- Ensure all campaigns drive traffic, leads, and ROI (sales & service)
- Oversee brand consistency, promotions, and group-wide campaigns
- Track performance metrics and report results to executive leadership
- 8–10+ years automotive marketing experience (required)
- Proven experience working in or with automotive dealership groups
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage people and influence outcomes
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and vendor management
- Highly organized with strong communication and execution skills
