We are seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support our service, sales, and wholesale operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including retail, wholesale, and internal parts sales
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, returns, and vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate parts pricing, invoicing, and profitability tracking
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to support efficient repair order flow
- Maintain compliance with OEM standards, audits, and reporting requirements
- Train, mentor, and supervise parts counter staff and drivers
- Monitor department KPIs, including fill rate, gross profit, and inventory turns
- Implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts environment
- 3–5+ years of automotive parts MANAGER experience; highline brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of OEM parts systems.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive department profitability
- Excellent communication, customer service, and team‑building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
